How long is the shipping process?

• Express Shipping with the Top Line is 2-4 Days . Express Shipping With the Affordable Line Is 2-6 Days . Please note weekends are not included in business days.

• ALSO NOTE that shipping volumes are high during holidays.

• ALL custom orders will be 2-6 days.

Return Policy:

• Please read CAREFULLY !! STRICT NO RETURN POLICY !! Returns are only accepted if there was an error on our end .

• We are not responsible if the hair is used , cut , dyed or bleached. The item is to be sent back in original condition.

• If the hair isnt returned you will not receive compensation.
